Creative Content & Multimedia Specialist

Description

We are looking for a Content & Multimedia Specialist who can turn Digitain’s employer brand, culture, and people stories into engaging visual content. The role will own content planning, social media channels, and multimedia production to strengthen our digital presence and employer brand.

Responsibilities

• Concept and create photo, video, and multimedia content capturing life at Digitain — culture, people, milestones
• Lead employer branding content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — posting included
• Shoot and edit end to end, working closely with production teams
• Partner with HR, Marketing, and Leadership to surface stories worth telling
• Manage relationships with local production crews and talent
• Track platform trends and adapt formats accordingly
• Drive content around events, partnerships, and collabs
• Work closely with the Design team, ensuring briefs are in place and tasks are delivered on time
  

Requirements

• 3+ years in content creation, multimedia production, or social media marketing
• Strong portfolio in photography and social-first work; good taste and process understanding matter more than hands-on videography
• Sharp eye for composition, color, and storytelling
• Network within Armenia's production ecosystem
• Fluent in Armenian and English
• Familiarity with Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
• Employer branding or internal comms experience
• Background in agencies, tech, gaming, or global companies
• Motion graphics/animation skills
• Own camera/filming gear
