Responsibilities

- →Manage job postings on different platforms and maintain a strong online presence.
- →Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- →Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- →Organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.
- →Implement innovative recruiting strategies to reach diverse applicant pools.
- →Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the HR database.
- →Provide an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- →Stay updated on industry trends to enhance recruitment processes.
Requirements
