Your Role
The Market Manager serves as the strategic business owner for an assigned portfolio of data center assets and development opportunities, responsible for maximizing asset value, market performance, customer engagement, and long-term investment returns. As part of the Portfolio Management Group (PMG), this role combines commercial real estate, digital infrastructure, financial analysis, and customer strategy to drive the value, performance, and strategic positioning of a portfolio of assets and the markets they serve. The position offers a unique opportunity to influence investment decisions, development strategy, customer growth, and long-term market success within one of the fastest-growing sectors of the global economy.

Provide detailed financial reporting and forecasting for your portfolio of properties and assist with various special projects and other complex analyses.
Set the overall market strategy to maximize the financial performance and long-term value of the portfolio, including formulating proposals, underwriting and negotiating leases, recommending acquisitions or dispositions of real property, driving renewal and expansion opportunities, and overseeing capital and inventory management.
