About the Role

In this role, you will support one or more Connect program teams working on the optimal design, development, and continuous improvement of impactful interventions built on our flagship platforms, Connect and CommCare. The TPA supports program delivery through the structured management and analysis of business requirements; translation of those requirements into clear technical specifications for digital solutions such as mobile applications and AI chatbots; timely implementation, testing, and quality assurance of technical deliverables; and contribution to ongoing process improvement. You will also engage with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate findings, and ensure technical work remains aligned with program objectives and user needs. You will be working in an agile environment alongside a dynamic, multi-skilled team of developers, engineers, public health, and project management specialists.
