Responsibilities

→Follow daily monitoring and autonomous management practices; promptly identify, report, and resolve product SPC excursions, defects, and equipment abnormalities.
→Collaborate with Production and Process Engineers to balance production requirements, equipment troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities, maximizing tool utilization and productivity.
→Perform equipment troubleshooting and drive capacity improvement initiatives.
→Evaluate new equipment, materials, and tool modifications to improve efficiency, product quality, and manufacturing cost performance.
→Work in a cleanroom environment and support shift/on-call duties and overtime as required.
→Carry out other assignments as directed by management.
