Responsibilities

~1 min read
  • You'll lead product strategy that gives customers agency as legal technology and business models transform around them. You'll build governance, platform intelligence, and operational capabilities that help customers move from reactive administration to strategic control, understanding how their teams work, where value accumulates, and how to prove platform ROI to stakeholders. You'll help customers tackle industry change proactively, not reactively.
  • You'll be a change agent, leading product teams through AI-driven transformation. You’ll reimagine how we deliver real-time insights and actionable intelligence that helps customers understand platform value.
  • You'll operate with taste at speed—rapidly prototyping and evaluating multiple solutions, killing most, and shipping the survivors. You'll move the team from lengthy spec cycles to prototype-first workflows where judgment on working software drives what ships.
  • You'll be a great people leader for your team, developing and coaching your product managers for success.
  • You'll partner with leaders in engineering and design to prioritize, design, and deliver top priorities within your scope.
  • You'll partner across DISCO to launch and create success for your products.
  • You have 7-10+ years of product management experience with software products, including managing product managers.
  • You have deep experience building enterprise software (B2B) in complex domains and use a deep understanding of enterprise GTM and customers to drive product and business outcomes.
  • You've built high performing product teams and organizations.
  • You've successfully implemented product discovery frameworks at scale (continuous discovery, jobs to be done, design thinking, working backwards, etc.)
  • You bring AI product sense and taste at speed: you understand model capabilities and agentic systems deeply, and you can rapidly evaluate working prototypes to make high-conviction calls on what ships. You're comfortable moving teams from spec-first to prototype-first workflows.
  • Built governance, compliance, or administrative products in complex enterprise environments
  • Led products focused on business intelligence, operational analytics, or value realization
  • Shipped products that help customers measure ROI or understand platform adoption patterns
  • Experience in legal tech, regulated industries, or domains requiring sophisticated administrative controls
