We are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team

• →Prepare cost estimates, budgets, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
• →Manage project costs, variations, valuations, and interim/final accounts.
• →Support commercial management activities, including claims and risk identification.
• →Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly.
• →Produce regular cost reports and ensure projects meet legal, quality, and safety standards.
• →Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.

• Degree or technical qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience on major or international construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of measurement standards and construction regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and construction systems (BIM/Civil 3D a plus).
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and build strong working relationships.
• Flexibility to work across office, client, and site environments, with travel as required.
