As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor (QS), you'll learn how to manage project finances, track budgets and work with commercial teams to ensure our sustainable projects deliver real value.

Get stuck in from day one

You'll be working alongside experienced commercial managers and quantity surveyors, getting hands on with real construction projects and business agreements and learning how things work in the real world.

You'll build practical skills in cost management, budgeting, contract negotiation and financial planning, while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Every day will bring something different. You'll have the chance to learn, ask questions, try things out and build your confidence as you go.

And because you'll be learning on the job, you'll see the impact of what you do straight away.

Who are we looking for?

You don't need to know everything about quantity surveying already.

We're looking for people who are organised, numerical and good communicators. If you're the kind of person who enjoys analysing data, managing budgets and working with people to solve commercial challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll also have the opportunity to show us what you can do through a practical skills assessment, giving you the chance to demonstrate your natural ability and problem solving skills.
