Vendor Management

• →Monitor & Evaluate: Track and assess IT vendor performance to ensure full compliance with agreed contracts and SLAs.
• →Contract Administration: Document, track, and manage all IT vendor contracts, ensuring timely renewals and supporting negotiation processes with data-driven insights.
• →Onboarding Support: Gather and compile relevant data/documentation for vendor onboarding and periodic evaluations.

Financial & Budget Management

• →Budget Tracking: Record, monitor, and manage day-to-day IT expenditures against the approved budget.
• →Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports regarding IT spending for management review.

Asset Management

• →Lifecycle Tracking: Record, track, and maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets from procurement to disposal.
• →Distribution & Disposal: Manage the receiving, distribution, and retirement processes of IT assets in alignment with corporate policies.
• →Inventory Reporting: Compile regular IT asset inventory reports and ensure the asset database is continuously updated.

What You Need to Have

• →Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• →Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in vendor management, IT projects, and IT finance.
• →Strong capability in documenting, tracking, and managing vendor contracts.
• →Solid experience in IT budget formulation, cost tracking, and financial forecasting.
• →Deep understanding of Vendor Onboarding processes, contracts, and legal agreements.
• →Thorough knowledge of vendor compliance and document requirements.
• →Strong proficiency in financial concepts such as Capex, Opex, and Accruals.
