As the Learning & Enablement Manager at DN, you will lead the Learning & Enablement function within Talent Management & HR Technology. This role is responsible for stabilizing and scaling learning operations, building role readiness and capability across the employee lifecycle, and ensuring learning experiences are practical, field-forward, and aligned to business priorities. The Manager provides direction and people leadership for the Learning & Enablement team, while partnering closely with Operations, functional leaders, HR Business Partners, and People Team peers to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning solutions that enable employee performance, development, and adoption of talent programs.
Lead the Learning & Enablement function within Talent Management & HR Technology, ensuring clear priorities, ownership, operating rhythms, and service expectations
Manage, coach, and develop the individuals within the team to deliver high-quality learning solutions and day-to-day learning operations
Partner with Operations, functional leaders, HR Business Partners, and People Team peers to identify role readiness, skill gaps, onboarding, and development needs across field and office populations
Translate business priorities, talent strategy, competency frameworks, and field enablement needs into practical learning roadmaps, curricula, programs, and learner experiences
Oversee design and continuous improvement of role readiness training, onboarding and immersion experiences, field learning pathways, leadership and development programs, and other talent development learning solutions
Apply adult learning principles, instructional design standards, and learner experience practices to ensure learning is relevant, accessible, engaging, and measurable
Own learning platform operations in partnership with HR Technology, including content governance, learning administration, reporting, user experience, and process improvement
Create and manage standards for learning intake, prioritization, content development, delivery, maintenance, vendor engagement, and learning effectiveness measurement
Track, measure, and report learning effectiveness, adoption, compliance, and operational performance using agreed-upon learning KPIs and stakeholder feedback
Support cross-functional talent initiatives, including competency framework activation, performance enablement, development planning, career pathing, and employee lifecycle learning experiences
Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, instructional design, organizational development, human resources, business, or related field
7+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, talent development, instructional design, enablement, or related HR/talent roles
2+ years of people leadership, team lead, or project leadership experience preferred
Experience designing, implementing, and improving learning programs, curricula, onboarding, role readiness training, and development solutions for diverse employee populations
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design practices, blended learning, learning technology, and learner experience design
Experience administering or partnering on learning management systems, learning experience platforms, content governance, reporting, and learning operations
Ability to translate business priorities and stakeholder input into practical, scalable learning solutions that support current role readiness and future capability building
Strong consultative partnership skills with the ability to work effectively with Operations, functional leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional People Team partners
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data, feedback, and business context to evaluate learning effectiveness and inform continuous improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for field and office audiences
Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, programs, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in the office 5 days per week
Ability to travel up to 25%, including job site visits during onboarding and throughout employment
