Dermatologist - Open to Caymanians and those without immigration restrictions only.

The Doctors Hospital, in its continued mission to provide exceptional healthcare services to all its patients, is currently accepting applications for a Cosmetic Dermatologist. The role of a Cosmetic Dermatologist at Doctors Hospital is to provide safe, effective non-invasive and invasive treatments of various skin conditions and offer methods that aesthetically enhance desired physical attributes. In addition, applicants who also demonstrate strong interest and expertise in medical dermatology will be considered.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Must be eligible for full registration with the Cayman Islands Medical and Dental Council on the Principal List.
• Must have completed residency in Dermatology, be board-certified and has garnered at least 5 years post-graduate cosmetic dermatology experience.
• Must be competent in the following: laser treatment; scar treatment; facial injectable such as botox and dermal fillers; skin rejuvenation techniques including dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning and microneedling. The applicant may be able to provide mole mapping as part of clinical practice, as well as offer treatment of a range of skin conditions which may include, but not limited to the following: acne, eczema, allergic and seborrheic dermatitis, rosacea, melasma, psoriasis, vitiligo, alopecia, skin tags, stretch marks, mole, skin cancers, etc.
• Must be comfortable to work in complete autonomy and provide coverage for six (6) days each week in a Wellness Clinic.
• Must be fluent in the English language and demonstrate effective communication and writing skills.
• Must possess strong work-ethics and excellent inter-personal skills in order to promote a culture of collaboration and comradery.
• Must be willing to contribute time and efforts through membership to DH Medical Staff Committees and activities that facilitate best practice and patient well-being.
