We are looking for an Organisational Development Business Partner – Equity, Inclusion & Wellbeing to join our People Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our equity, inclusion and wellbeing agenda, strengthening our inclusive, people-powered culture across the organisation as we transition to the new World Ready strategy.

As a trusted partner, you will provide expert guidance, challenge and support to embed inclusive practices and ensure our values are lived every day. You will work closely with colleagues across the People Team and wider organisation to design and deliver initiatives that promote equity, empower diverse voices, and enhance colleague wellbeing.

You’ll contribute to the development and delivery of our People Strategy and Organisational Development Strategy, ensuring we continue to build a culture where everyone feels they belong and can be their authentic selves at work.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as a strategic partner to leaders, enabling delivery of DofE’s Equity, Inclusion and Wellbeing agenda.
  • Leading and supporting organisation-wide programmes that drive cultural change and inclusion.
  • Using data and insights to inform strategy, measure impact, and improve outcomes (e.g. workforce diversity, pay gap reporting).
  • Supporting and empowering staff networks and Mental Health First Aiders.
  • Championing inclusive policies, practices, accessibility, and trauma-informed approaches.
  • Designing and delivering learning and development initiatives to build awareness, understanding and inclusive behaviours.
  • Collaborating across teams to develop engaging communications and organisation-wide events.
  • Project managing key EDI and wellbeing initiatives and monitoring progress through meaningful metrics.
