Are you seeking a new Production Control Sub-Contract Supervisor role? Could you coordinate production schedules, priorities, capacity, and delivery dates with subcontract manufacturing partners?

At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Production Control Sub-Contract Supervisor to join our team in Oxford, AL.

The working hours for this role are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsible for planning, priorities, administrative tasks & logistics to support overall business needs from sub-contract vendors. Responsible for managing all subcontract processes.

If you have any of the below skills, we would love to talk to you about your next career move:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced PC skills and knowledge of production control computer systems
Experience with world class manufacturing process, and methods, Lean, Kaizen, 6s, TMP (talent management program), and other advance manufacturing methodologies, tools and concepts
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, planning, scheduling, customer service, and ERP systems
Experience at leading production personnel staffing, reviews and goal settings
