DoorDash for Business provides meal solutions to our corporate clientele, but we aren’t stopping there. Our mission is to become the premier benefits partner for executives, employees, and administrators across the globe, leveraging the DoorDash platform to deliver industry-leading selection, quality, and customer service to every business customer for every business use case. We are building an entrepreneurial, customer-obsessed, and fast-moving team to create the right products and services for the future of work.

About the Role

~2 min read

We’re looking for a Premium Onboarding Partner (POP) to own the implementation and launch experience for our highest-value DoorDash for Business and Catering customers. From Sales handoff through successful launch, you will serve as the customer’s launch quarterback — translating their business needs into the right product configuration, technical setup, and onboarding strategy.

You’ll serve as a consultant to customers on how to best configure the DoorDash for Business platform, support technical integrations such as SSO and SCIM, help establish user-management solutions such as SFTP, and train administrators to confidently manage their programs through the Admin Portal. You’ll also develop launch strategies that drive employee awareness, enrollment, engagement, and adoption.

This role sits at the intersection of customer strategy, technical implementation, and operational execution. You’ll partner closely with customers, Account Executives, and internal technical and operational teams to solve problems, remove launch blockers, and ensure customers are set up for long-term success from day one.

Reporting to the Manager of Client Success, you’ll be a critical operator on the Customer Success & Operations team, owning the customer launch experience and ensuring customers are set up for long-term success with DoorDash

  • Own a portfolio of new customer implementations from Sales handoff through successful launch, driving milestones, SLAs, and an exceptional onboarding experience
  • Translate customer goals and use cases into the right product configuration and launch plan, consulting on program design and setup
  • Guide technical implementation, including integrations such as SSO and SCIM and user-management solutions such as SFTP
  • Prepare customers for launch by training administrators on the Admin Portal and developing communication strategies that drive employee enrollment, engagement, and adoption
  • Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and keep launches on track
  • Use AI, automation, customer insights, and product expertise to solve problems, improve the onboarding experience, and continuously scale and optimize our implementation playbooks
  • You have 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, technical support or a related customer-facing role
  • You have experience owning customer projects or implementations end-to-end and can manage multiple launches, priorities, dependencies, and deadlines simultaneously
  • You are technically curious and comfortable learning complex products, guiding customers through configuration and integrations, and translating business needs into actionable solutions
  • You are a strong communicator and relationship builder who can confidently lead customer meetings, trainings, and technical or operational discussions while driving accountability
  • You are a proactive, analytical problem solver who identifies risks early, uses data to inform decisions, and thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment
  • You are fluent in using AI and modern productivity tools to work more efficiently, improve problem-solving, and raise the quality and scale of your work
