As an Events Manager, you will plan and execute experiences that bring Doximity closer to the clinicians and healthcare organizations we serve. You will:

  • Support Own and plan our twice-yearly Medical Advisory Summits, bringing physicians and Doximity leaders together for thoughtful discussions about clinical needs, product feedback, and the future of care. Lead planning, invitations, programming coordination, travel, vendors, and on-site execution.

  • Plan corporate events, physician gatherings, and conference-adjacent experiences that build relationships and showcase Doximity’s products.
  • Produce virtual events and activations, including webinars, product demonstrations, and interactive sessions for clinicians.

We're excited to meet candidates who have many of the following qualifications:

  • Experience owning complex, high-touch events from concept through execution, ideally including executive gatherings, advisory boards, or summits.
  • Experience managing trade shows, corporate events, and virtual programs.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to keep multiple events, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders on track at once.
  • Confidence working with senior leaders, physicians, speakers, and vendors, with a thoughtful approach to the attendee experience.
