The Human Resource Manager will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including overseeing HR support members, hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, KPI tracking, developing & enforcing company policies and practices. The HR manager also directly supports and advises leadership at all levels with guidance, performance management, SOP development, and strategic personnel planning.

- Manages employee recruitment pipeline, from initial application through hiring and onboarding.
- Oversees KPI management with relation to recruitment metrics, new employee onboarding and performance, and payroll costs
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Prepare and administer payroll processing in conjunction with finance department
- Facilitate business registration according to state regulations
- Advise senior leadership on matters related to strategic HR initiatives
- Conducts routine meetings with regional management and location managers regarding team performance and hiring requirements
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
- Facilitate management and company-wide meetings as needed.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Set targets for and manage HR Recruiter and/or HR coordinator
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
- GED or High School Diploma (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)
- At least 4 - 6 years of human resource management experience preferred
- SHRM-CP (Preferred)
