Systematic Commodities Trader

DRW is looking to bring on a Systematic Commodities PM to join our Singapore team. We are looking for an individual that has experience developing, testing, and executing algorithmic trading strategies across either a single or cross commodity approach. Ideal candidate will be highly systematic in approach and have mid frequency strategies.

• →Designing, testing and deploying systematic strategies across the Commodity complex
• →Act as subject matter expert for Systematic Commodities in improving DRW’s offering of this product and approach
• →Understand and manage risk across live strategies
• →Conduct rigorous research, backtesting and performance attribution analysis
• →Collaborating with technology teams to improve trading infrastructure, algorithms and execution
• →Developing a small team to support your strategies to be as optimal and profitable as possible
• →Identifying new markets in which to deploy strategies

• A bachelors, masters or PhD in mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science or related analytical field
• 5+ years of profitable trading experience in a Systematic Commodities environment
• Demonstrable experience in successfully building and managing trades
• Broad experience trading in Asia
• Advances quantitative and analytical skills
• Programming experience – Python, R, C++
• Self-starter with strong proactivity, willingness to drive and own projects and identifies opportunity for impact
