Senior Director, Strategy & VCP

Job Title: Senior Director, Strategy & VCP Accountabilities * Lead the enterprise-wide transformation agenda, translating strategic objectives into actionable programs that deliver measurable business outcomes across functions and regions. * Oversee design, planning, and execution of major transformation initiatives — including organizational, digital, and operational change — ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. * Drive governance and performance tracking, establishing KPIs, reporting frameworks, and steering mechanisms to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery on time and budget. * Partner with senior executives and business leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and growth, fostering alignment and ownership at all organizational levels. * Champion a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness, equipping leaders and teams to adopt new ways of working and embed transformation outcomes sustainably. * Manage cross-functional transformation teams, balancing global consistency with local flexibility to achieve impact in diverse markets and business units. * Engage with external partners and stakeholders (consultants, technology vendors, strategic alliances) to bring best practices and ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives. Experience * 12–18 years of professional experience, with at least 8 years in leadership roles driving large-scale transformation, strategy execution, or business improvement in complex, global organizations. * Proven success leading enterprise-wide or multi-country transformation programs — spanning organizational design, digital enablement, process optimization, or culture change. * Strong strategic and operational mindset, able to translate business vision into practical roadmaps and measurable results. * Demonstrated experience in managing executive stakeholders, steering committees, and governance structures at C-suite level. * Excellent influencing and communication skills, capable of building trust, alignment, and commitment across diverse teams and geographies. * Financial and business acumen, with the ability to link transformation initiatives to P&L impact, ROI, and strategic outcomes. * International exposure, ideally including experience leading or supporting transformation initiatives across multiple regions or business lines. * Relevant academic background, such as a Master’s in Business Administration, Strategy, or Organizational Development; executive education a plus
