Engineering Team Lead

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ year of experience in software development
• 3+ year of experience in a leadership role (Team Lead or Tech Lead). 
• Solid understanding of modern engineering practices and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in team building and helping others grow
• Working proficiency in English and Russian. Knowledge of Uzbek is a plus

• →Lead software development projects, providing technical direction and ensuring high-quality delivery
• →Support the professional growth of your team members through regular feedback, performance reviews, and career planning
• →Collaborate with the HR and Resource Management teams to help with staffing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent
• →Monitor team engagement and motivation; identify potential issues early and work to maintain a positive, productive environment
• →Ensure clear and efficient communication within the team and across other departments
• →Represent the company in the local tech community (e.g., IT Park, universities) to help build our brand
• →Provide regular updates to supervisors regarding project status, team performance, and resource needs
