Responsibilities

Building Maintenance:

→Event-specific clean up
→Assist in supporting and rearranging meeting rooms and spaces for special events
→Assist in cleaning and organizing additional spaces and storage areas
→Assist with Prairie Coteau Ranch projects

Grounds & Equipment Maintenance:

→Clearing of sidewalks and doorways of debris and snow
→Litter clean up
→Mowing and watering the lawn
→Changing and checking fluids on all-terrain vehicles
→Adjusting tire air pressures on vehicles
→Minor vehicle repairs such as battery and tire changes
→Vehicle cleaning
→Checking and changing equipment lights and performing safety inspections on vehicles and equipment.

Landscaping:

→Inspecting and maintaining landscaped areas
→Operating small grounds equipment
→Planting of new and replacement plants, shrubs and trees
→Removing weeds, trimming and pruning
→Watering of new and existing plantings

A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and pre-employment drug screen are required.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and able to read and understand instructions.
Ability to speak with personnel from Ducks Unlimited and other agencies.
