Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Natural Resources, Wildlife Management, or a related field.
Three years of GIS experience preferred, or a master's degree with GIS and spatial analysis experience.
Strong knowledge of GIS and remote sensing techniques, including data management, image classification, accuracy assessment, metadata, and spatial analysis.
Experience with ArcGIS Pro and related GIS technologies.
Ability to create high-quality maps, visualizations, and technical reports.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Interest in conservation, natural resources, and land stewardship

Responsibilities

→Manage geospatial data for conservation projects, easements, and monitoring—including compilation, QA/QC, maintenance, and dissemination
→Support landowner enrollment and project delivery by screening eligibility, developing boundaries, and reviewing property documentation with program staff
→Conduct spatial analyses and landscape-scale conservation planning in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
→Create maps, reports, and other products that communicate results, project status, and conservation outcomes to diverse audiences
→Produce GIS documentation for easement establishment, baseline reports, monitoring, and habitat delivery reporting
→Clearly document methodologies and analytical approaches for internal and external use
