Responsibilities

→Recruitment and training of volunteers
→Managing volunteer efforts in support of Ducks Unlimited fundraising events
→Fostering growth within the region with emphasis on new chapter development; internal growth within existing committees; identification and development of non-traditional fundraising opportunities and major donor identification and management
→Coordination and collaboration with the fundraising team and volunteers
