About The Role
We are seeking a talented Corporate Recruiter with 3 years of experience to join our Human Resources department. This full-time, salaried role is an essential part of our organization and offers a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in fulfilling aggressive headcount goals across all departments, helping to shape the future of our team. English proficiency is a must for effective communication within the team.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
- Determine selection criteria for right candidates by liaising with managers.
- Source potential candidates through online channels.
- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Guide and facilitate the interview and hiring decision-making process.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role within Human Resources.
- Solid understanding and ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc).
- Experience with various candidate sourcing methods.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Adequate knowledge of labor legislation.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
