HIRING - Business Development Intern (B2B Sales) - (NYSC/ENTRY LEVEL) Location: Surulere, Lagos We are a recruitment consulting firm and as part of our growth plan, we are currently seeking to hire a digitally savvy business development intern/entry-level executive with strong interest or experience in CRM sales and B2B sales who can effortlessly identify, qualify, nurture, and close sales leads in order to achieve a defined sales objective. This role will support securing new business for the organization through outbound and inbound sales. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen with an eagerness to grow in a B2B sales role for a professional services business. In order to prospect effectively and establish a strong sales funnel, he or she must have a strong foundation in digital marketing. Responsibilities: Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets. Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization, generate leads, and maintain a healthy pipeline using digital channels and CRM tools. Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients. Improve referrals. Support the growth of sales in the company by contributing toward set targets and strategies. Assist in the development and execution of negotiation strategies within the business including specific targets for pricing, service, quality, performance, and compliance. Continually improve knowledge of the company’s products and services, and follow the changes in industry to develop new products. Assist in crafting and executing sales and business development strategies. Develop, identify and qualify new business development opportunities through various lead sources. Perform any other duties as may be assigned to the position. Requirements First degree in any relevant field of discipline. Open to NYSC Corp Members, fresh graduates with a valid NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate, and entry-level candidates with 0-3 years of experience. Strong interest or experience with CRM sales and B2B sales in the professional service sector. Ability to assist in drafting, deciphering and negotiating business contracts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior. Neat, well-groomed appearance. Great networking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills. Excellent eye for details. Benefits ₦120,000 monthly net
