dunnhumby is seeking a Shopper Insights Client Lead, who will partner with the world's most ambitious retailers and brands to turn customer data into commercial impact. We build long-term, strategic relationships across grocery, mass and specialty retail, translating customer insight into ranges, pricing, promotions and growth strategies that put the customer at the heart of every decision.

What You'll Be Doing

Build strong working relationships with assigned client contacts and retailer stakeholders
Support account plans, project delivery and client priorities across assigned categories
Translate insights and analysis into clear presentations and recommendations for clients
Identify opportunities to add value and support ongoing client engagement and growth
Collaborate with colleagues across teams to deliver impactful solutions and a positive client experience

What We're Looking For

Experience working with supplier or CPG clients within retail-facing environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly
Curiosity and an understanding of how data and insights can support business decisions
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, develop and contribute to team success
