At Bigham Cable Construction, Inc., as a Equipment Foreman on our Telecom Construction team, you'll oversee crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. You’ll also manage equipment and materials to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

→Lead crews to meet project timelines
→Safely operate and control assigned equipment
→Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed
→Oversee and help with training of crew members
→Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
→Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
→Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance
→Perform work in all weather conditions
→All other duties as assigned

To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
A valid driver’s license
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
At least three years of related experience
Previous Foreman experience preferred

Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
