At ​TelCom Construction, LLC, as an Traveling Safety Analyst, you’ll conduct structured analysis of safety data, maintain compliance records, and support safety reporting tools to improve operational safety across projects.

Responsibilities

  • →Field Leadership: Conduct site audits, gate checks, and building maintenance support directly with our field crews.
  • →Safety Culture: Partner closely with crews to advocate for and foster a proactive safety-first mindset.
  • →Coordinate data collection with field and office personnel
  • →Ensure accuracy of safety recordkeeping
  • →Maintain and audit safety data across internal systems
  • →Monitor training and certification compliance across regions
  • →Support site audits and maintain documentation
  • →Provide reporting support during inspections or audits
  • →Ensure accuracy of safety recordkeeping
  • →Travel thoughout the state is required

IND1

  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 years of experience in safety analysis, operations reporting, or compliance support
  • Proficiency with Excel and experience using Power BI or other data platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting tasks with high accuracy
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Offers are contingent on successful completion of background, drug test and DOT physical.
  • Routinely: Complete and maintain training, use keyboard/mouse, lift 10–25 pounds, stand, walk, work alone in remote locations
  • Occasionally: Climb stairs, lift 26–55 pounds, operate vehicles
