We’re seeking high‑potential recent graduates to join a structured Leadership Development Program designed to prepare future branch and business leaders. This is a hands-on, rotational role offering competitive compensation, full benefits, profit-sharing, and long-term career growth within a stable, values-driven organization. Program Snapshot You’ll rotate through five core areas of the business, gaining practical experience and leadership exposure: Warehouse & Logistics: Product flow, inventory, shipping/receiving Branch Operations: Customer service, pricing, order processing, credit & basic financials Inside Sales: Project-based quoting, blueprint interpretation, material take-offs Outside Sales & Account Management: Business development, customer relationships, negotiations Supervisory Leadership: Team leadership, branch operations, strategic execution Outcome: Prepared to step into a supervisory or management role within the organization.
