The Partner Success Specialist, Audience Generation helps prepare and execute partner engagements, translates performance data into actionable insights, and coordinates activities that support partner value, retention, and growth.
This role combines relationship support, analysis, and project coordination with opportunities to build expertise in enrollment strategy and commercial account management. As proficiency develops, the Specialist takes increasing ownership of defined partner interactions and account activities under the guidance of Partner Success Managers (PSMs).
This position is based in Washington, D.C. or Richmond, VA. and requires regular in-person presence in the office, generally 2 days per week.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →PSM and partner support: Partner with PSMs on meeting preparation, account research, follow-up, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), diagnostic calls, renewal preparation, and other strategic partner engagements.
- →Progressive partner exposure: Join partner calls and meetings and, as proficiency develops, begin owning defined portions of presentations, follow-up, or lower-complexity partner conversations under PSM guidance.
- →Analytics and insights: Analyze partner performance, product utilization, and benchmarking data to identify trends, flag risks and opportunities, and help PSMs develop recommendations aligned with partners’ enrollment goals.
- →Commercial development: Support renewal and growth activities by preparing account information, coordinating pricing and contracting inputs, and maintaining accurate pipeline records. Identify potential partner needs and growth opportunities for review with PSMs; this role does not carry an independent revenue target.
- →Product and business expertise: Develop strong knowledge of our Audience Generation products, partner lifecycle, enrollment strategy, and broader Enroll360/EAB offerings so they can begin connecting partner needs to potential solutions.
- →Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with PSMs, Associates, Audience Sales Engineers (ASEs), Product, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to track partner requests, clarify next steps and owners, and support timely completion of deliverables.
Requirements

- At least 1 year of work experience
- Proven project management skills
- Proven relationship-building skills and ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership experience working within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate efficiently and proactively
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and take ownership of assigned work
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly
- SFDC Proficient
- Comfort leveraging AI-enabled tools

What We Offer
~3 min readThe anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.
This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
