About the role

The Head of Partnerships, Americas is a high-impact role, responsible for helping define and execute the strategy for building and scaling our partnership ecosystem in the United States of America, Canada and into Latin America as the business grows. Working cross-functionally in close collaboration with the Revenue, Product, and Leadership teams, this role drives indirect growth by unlocking new routes to market and deepening relationships with key partners. They oversee the full lifecycle of strategic alliances—from identifying and prioritising opportunities, to negotiating high-value contracts, through to developing and delivering joint go-to-market and growth strategies.

This role brings together all our strategic alliances under a single, scalable approach, with a focus on enabling long-term, high-value relationships and referral opportunities. These partnerships—including Google, Infosys, Deloitte, and others—play a critical role in driving Eagle Eye’s growth and revenue goals by creating new pipeline opportunities.

Typical duties

  • Define and lead the strategic alliances roadmap, identifying and prioritising high-impact opportunities with partners across retail media, systems integrators, and technology providers.
  • Own the negotiation and closing of complex, long-term strategic agreements.
  • Represent Eagle Eye at senior-level partner meetings, articulating our value proposition and identifying areas for mutual growth.
  • Build business cases and partnership models to quantify commercial impact and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Compliance) to ensure partner alignment and success.
  • Oversee the development of partnership collateral and enablement resources for both internal and external use.
  • Lead and grow the strategic alliances function, building a strong internal profile and championing a partnership-first mindset across the business.
  • Maintain deep awareness of the competitive landscape and market trends across enterprise, retail, loyalty, and retail media.
  • Influence internal priorities and external partner strategies to ensure Eagle Eye is positioned as a preferred partner.
