Finance Manager

• →Take full ownership of day-to-day finance operations for the Maltese entity, including accounting oversight and reporting.
• →Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to global headquarters.
• →Support tax compliance, including VAT and corporate tax filings and coordinate audits.
• →Ensure finance and operational processes meet Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and broader iGaming regulatory expectations.
• →Design and implement finance and operational SOPs to support a growing business.
• →Select, implement, and improve systems and workflows to drive efficient operations.
• →Provide financial insights to inform commercial decision-making and growth initiatives.
• →Partner with group stakeholders on structuring, intercompany arrangements and scalability planning.
• →Support the hiring and development of a small local finance/ operations team over time.
• →Contribute to the broader operational requirements of establishing and running the Maltese entity.

• →5+ years’ experience in accounting or finance roles, with prior experience in a Finance Manager or senior-level position.
• →Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• →Strong knowledge of tax compliance, VAT, corporate tax and audit coordination.
• →Experience operating within a regulated environment.
• →Experience setting up or improving finance processes, systems and SOPs in a growing business environment.
• →Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (e.g IFRS or equivalent).

• Experience within the iGaming industry or exposure to Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) regulatory requirements.
• Experience working in a high-growth tech or startup environment.
• Prior experience hiring, mentoring or developing junior finance team members.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in a global organisation.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
