In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for building, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring strong performance through daily monitoring and real-time adjustments. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine creatives, analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights, and contribute to continuous testing and optimization efforts. Additionally, you’ll support performance reporting, maintain tracking and dashboards, and ensure all campaigns align with platform policies and local regulations.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, X, and other relevant platforms.
- →Support the creation and iteration of ad copy, briefs, and creatives, collaborating with Creative, Product, and Marketing teams.
- →Conduct daily keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid adjustments.
- →Maintain structured campaign setups, naming conventions, and tracking implementation.
- →Ensure campaigns follow local platform policies and Brazilian regulatory guidelines.
- →Monitor campaign performance daily with a strong focus on action.
- →Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance and market signals, including: Live sports events; User behavior trends; Competitive activity.
- →Identify high-performing creatives and support scaling efforts.
- →Pause or optimize underperforming campaigns quickly and efficiently.
- →Support daily, weekly, and monthly performance analysis and reporting.
- →Help translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- →Maintain dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio) to track performance in real time.
- →Work closely with Creative, Social, Product, CRM, and Affiliate teams to align campaigns with: Key sporting moments; Promotions and offers.
- →Share performance insights to improve creative output and campaign effectiveness.
- →Collaborate with regional/global teams when needed.
- →Support A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- →Stay updated on platform changes and new features across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Advanced/Fluent English mandatory, with daily interaction with global teams.
- →Previous experience in the iGaming industry (sports betting and/or online casino).
- →2–3+ years of experience in performance marketing / paid media.
- →Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- →Strong understanding of: campaign setup and structure; basic bid strategies and optimization; audience segmentation.
- →Experience working with data and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
- →Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and departments.
- Understanding of Brazilian betting market dynamics and player behavior.
- Experience in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, or other high-performance verticals.
- Exposure to programmatic platforms.
- Understanding of betting/gaming regulations in Brazil.
