Senior Data Analyst - Kick

Your role with us:

As a Senior Data Analyst at Easygo, you will produce creative and actionable reporting/insights for stakeholders and will also play a mentoring role; peer-reviewing the work of other analysts, guiding best practices, and contributing to the ongoing maturity of Kick’s analytics function.

• →Design and build gold-standard data assets and semantic features that power business reporting.
• →Deliver advanced analyses and insights that drive product, growth, and strategy decisions.
• →Create creative, compelling reports and dashboards that highlight opportunities and risks.
• →Translate complex data into decision-ready outputs for leadership.
• →Partner with stakeholders to define key metrics and ensure alignment across teams.
• →Collaborate with BI, Data Engineering, and Product to maintain robust pipelines and models.
• →Communicate technical issues, trade-offs, and opportunities clearly to business teams.
• →Peer-review and provide feedback on the work of other data analysts to maintain high standards.
• →Maintain and optimise data pipelines, ensuring accuracy and performance.
• →Implement version control practices and monitor for pipeline or data issues.
• →Document workflows, ensure metric consistency, and promote best practices.
• →Bring a strong understanding of the streaming and digital media industry to contextualise findings.
• →Identify and communicate strategic opportunities where data can unlock business value.

• →5+ years in data analytics, data engineering, BI, or related roles.
• →Advanced SQL and Python skills and strong experience with data modelling.
• →Proficient knowledge on distributed computing and PySpark.
• →Hands-on experience with pipeline tools such as dbt, databricks.
• →Proficiency in behavioural analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, Google Analytics).
• →Familiarity with version control and collaborative workflows (e.g., Git).
• →Ability to mentor and review work of more junior team members.
• →Proven ability to deliver insights that shape strategy and performance.

• Strong experience on data governance.
• Strong Tableau (or equivalent BI tool) expertise for impactful reporting.
• Prior experience in gaming, streaming, or digital entertainment industries.
• Familiarity with large-scale event-driven data and performance tuning.
