EasyLlama is on a mission to end checkbox compliance. We started by reinventing compliance training with engaging, bite-sized, mobile-first learning instead of outdated, one-size-fits-all courses. Today, we're building an AI-powered Human Risk Management platform that helps organizations reduce risk through modern training, policy management, phishing simulations, and intelligent automation. Our goal is to help companies build compliance programs that are effective, measurable, and built for the way people work today.
More than 6,000 organizations, including Shake Shack, WeightWatchers, Sephora, Jiffy Lube, and Y Combinator, trust EasyLlama. We're proudly bootstrapped, profitable, and recognized on the Inc. 5000 list, with a 96% G2 rating and industry-leading NPS and CSAT scores. We move quickly, value ownership and collaboration, and believe the best ideas come from people who are excited to solve meaningful problems and make a real impact.
About the Role
~1 min readBrainstorm, outline, develop, and QA workplace safety and EHS courses across a broad regulatory spectrum — including OSHA General Industry and Construction standards, such as hazard communication (HazCom/GHS), emergency action planning, PPE, lockout/tagout, and also DOT and EPA compliance topics.
Translate federal and state safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable state plan standards) into clear, engaging, learner-centered training experiences.
Ensure all course content meets applicable regulatory requirements, including OSHA training mandates and documentation standards.
Design courses that are accurate, accessible, and built for a range of learner types — from frontline workers to supervisors and safety managers.

Apply practical, real-world workplace safety knowledge to ensure training reflects how safety standards are actually implemented on the job.
Requirements
~1 min readDemonstrated experience creating workplace safety and/or EHS training content.

Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into relatable, engaging digital training — preferably in an LMS or e-learning format.
Experience with AI-powered course authoring tools such as Articulate Rise.
Experience using Generative AI tools in course design and content development such as Claude, ChapGPT, or Gemini.
Strong written communication, instructional design principles, and rigorous attention to detail.
Nice to Have

Familiarity with state-plan OSHA programs and how they diverge from federal standards.
Experience developing training for high-hazard industries such as manufacturing, construction, warehousing, oil & gas, or healthcare.
Background in broader EHS management systems or environmental compliance training (EPA, RCRA, DOT hazmat).
