You’ll own business development and account growth across an assigned territory of approximately four to six states. Your customers will include health clubs, independent gyms, boutique studios, hotels and resorts, multifamily communities, schools and universities, and corporate wellness facilities.

This is an active field sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, visiting facilities, understanding customer needs, and turning opportunities into long-term accounts.

Responsibilities

~1 min read
  • →Develop and execute a territory sales plan to win new customers and grow existing accounts.
  • →Call on a minimum of 25 accounts per week through targeted outreach, facility visits, and follow-up.
  • →Build relationships with owners, operators, developers, purchasing teams, and other decision-makers.
  • →Identify equipment replacement cycles, renovations, new openings, and expansion opportunities.
  • →Present and demonstrate Echelon and Primal products, connecting equipment recommendations to each customer’s space, budget, and business goals.
  • →Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • →Coordinate with internal teams on equipment selection, facility layouts, financing options, delivery, installation, and customer support.
  • →Maintain accurate CRM records, an active pipeline, and reliable sales forecasts.
  • →Meet territory revenue and margin goals while building repeat and referral business.
  • →Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings, and coordinate with national account leadership where appropriate.
  • A demonstrated record of success in commercial fitness equipment sales or a closely related B2B field.
  • Experience generating your own opportunities and managing a territory independently.
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • The ability to sell complete solutions and explain the value of quality equipment, service, and ongoing customer support.
  • Consistent follow-through, strong organization, and disciplined CRM use.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout your assigned territory.

Existing relationships with gym owners, fitness operators, hospitality groups, developers, or equipment dealers are a strong advantage.

You’ll represent two complementary fitness brands with a portfolio that spans strength, cardio, recovery, and connected fitness. That breadth gives you more ways to serve each customer and build a meaningful territory.

You’ll also have the opportunity to help shape our U.S. commercial expansion, contribute market feedback directly to leadership, and grow with the business.

Apply through LinkedIn with your résumé, current location, and a brief overview of your relevant sales experience. Include the territories you know best and examples of your sales results.
