We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our production team. This role is primarily responsible for supporting all warehouse demands with shipping and warehouse functions as needed to support overall operational efficiency.

• Stage materials and components for production runs
  
  
  
• Ensure timely movement of materials between receiving, assembly, and shipping areas
  
  
  
• Assist in inventory counts related to manufacturing components
  
  
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  
  
  

• Prepare and package finished goods for outbound shipment according to specifications
  
  
  
• Verify shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness
  
  
  
• Assist with labeling, palletizing, and staging outbound orders
  
  
  
• Support receiving and inspection of incoming materials when needed
  
  
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
  
  
  
• Follow all safety protocols and proper equipment usage guidelines
  
  
  
• Participate in routine cleanup, equipment care, and workspace organization
  
  
  
• Contribute to a team-focused, efficient manufacturing environment
  
  
  

• Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required
  
  
  
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
  
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
  
  
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  
  
  
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 60+ lbs
  
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  
  
  
• Willingness to assist in shipping and warehouse functions as needed
  
  
  

• Hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment
  
  
  
• Frequent standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion
  
  
  
• Standard working hours with potential overtime based on production demands
