The Career Services Support Specialist at ECPI University assists the Career Services team by coordinating career-related events, maintaining job search resources, and providing direct support to students and alumni.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Event Coordination: Assist in organizing career fairs, workshops, and employer information sessions to connect students with potential employers.
- →Resource Management: Maintain career services platforms, such as Handshake, to post job opportunities and track student engagement.
- →Student Assistance: Answer questions students may have regarding Career Services and assist those seeking employment while in school, including externships.
- →Employer Engagement: Support the development and maintenance of relationships with local and regional employers to facilitate job placements and internships/externships.
- →Data Analysis: Monitor and report on employment outcomes, student participation in career services, and satisfaction metrics to inform continuous improvement.
