Project Analyst

Everforth ECS is seeking a Project Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA (Hybrid).

• →Perform operational duties such as organizing tasks, tracking progress, gathering information, and ensuring execution of cyber-initiatives.
• →Summarize key information and produce briefing materials as an individual contributor.
• →Collect and organize project data to support analysis, reporting, and recommendations.
• →Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis, translation, and synthesis to inform project decision-points.
• →Perform project management tasks, including tracking schedules, maintaining action items, and updating project documentation.
• →Gather requirements and develop project artifacts such as workflows, use cases, and process updates under senior guidance.
• →Identify gaps, risks, or dependencies and elevate them as appropriate.
• →Prepare clear action-orientated meeting materials that capture key notes, decisions, and follow-up needs.
• →Conduct stakeholder interactions and engagement activities under the direction of senior guidance.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate and align related workstreams.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000

• →Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, stakeholder engagement, communications or related field.
• →Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• →Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• →Familiarity with project management concepts (coursework/certifications a plus).
• →Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
