Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Identity Governance Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with the IT and business teams to ensure the secure and efficient management of user identities and access across the organization.
Must Have Skillsets (Mandatory):
- User Lifecycle Management: Expertise in end-to-end user lifecycle management using Oracle Identity Governance with 7 years of experience.
- Integration Experience: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion to Active Directory lifecycle management using OIG.
- Administrative Skills: Strong experience in handling admin and support-related activities pertaining to OIG.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues with OIG sync/provisioning and clear error records.
- Development Skills: Hands-on development skills in the installation and configuration of OIG for identity governance.
- Feature Configuration: Experience in configuring OIG features for user management, governance, lifecycle management, and role-based access controls.
Good to Have Skillsets (Optional):
- Connector Management: Experience in installing and configuring out-of-the-box (OOTB) connectors and creating custom connectors.
- Access Control Policies: Knowledge in configuring policies for role-based access controls and access certifications.
- Self-Service Configuration: Ability to configure OIG self-service functionalities.
- Job Management: Experience in configuration and maintenance of trusted and target reconciliation jobs.
- Task Scheduling: Skills in custom task and event scheduler configurations, including scheduling custom notifications and approval workflows.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience Level: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Oracle Identity Governance.
- Technical Background: Strong background in identity and access management solutions.
- Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
