At EPIC, we believe wellbeing drives performance, engagement, and long-term success. As a Senior Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing that vision to life for our clients.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with our National Wellbeing and Health Management Practice to deliver high-impact programs that support employee health and organizational outcomes. You’ll blend hands-on program execution with client-facing partnership—serving as both the engine behind seamless delivery and a trusted resource to consultants and account teams.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- Lead the end-to-end execution of onsite and virtual wellbeing initiatives (health fairs, flu clinics, screenings, campaigns, and more)
- Manage logistics, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client programs simultaneously
- Coordinate vendors, confirm scheduling, and oversee live event execution—including troubleshooting when needed
- Monitor participation and outcomes to ensure programs deliver measurable results
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients
- Build strong, consultative relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness
- Support consultants and account managers with program insights, recommendations, and follow-ups
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and aligned with broader client wellbeing strategies
- Oversee vendor sourcing, coordination, and performance management
- Maintain organized project plans, timelines, and documentation across initiatives
- Support budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and invoice coordination
- Track engagement, outcomes, and key metrics across programs
- Contribute to client reporting and presentations that demonstrate value and ROI
- Maintain accurate records of activities, milestones, and performance data
- Collaborate across teams to support integrated client strategies
- Help improve processes, tools, and scalable ways of working
- Support onboarding and mentoring of junior team members
- Stay current on wellbeing trends, compliance considerations, and industry best practices
- 3–5+ years of experience in wellness, benefits, healthcare, or client/account management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience working in a client-facing, service-oriented environment
- Proven ability to coordinate complex programs or events from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Relationship-building and client service mindset
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Vendor coordination and cross-functional collaboration
- Data tracking, reporting, and insight generation
- Adaptability, ownership, and a proactive approach
COMPENSATION:
The national average salary for this role is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
