Job Description: Female Business Development Executive Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru Industry: FMCG (Food Products) Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Salary Details: 20k-30k (negotiable for extraordinary people) + performance-based incentive Commitment to job: minimum 2 years Accommodation: PG available near office location (not included in the package) Role Summary The company is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Female Business Development Executive to identify prospective customers, generate business opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and strengthen customer relationships across multiple market segments. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Sales Identify and develop potential B2B customers. Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, and product samples. Customer Relationship Management Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling. Handle customer concerns and enquiries. Sales Tracking and Reporting Maintain CRM records and customer databases. Monitor quotations, negotiations, and order status. Submit daily and weekly activity reports. Internal Coordination Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, and finance teams. Ensure smooth execution of orders and customer requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline. Experience in business development, inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales will be preferred. Required Skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strong relationship-building skills. Target-oriented approach and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
