Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries. Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional reception area. Coordinate with internal departments and assist visitors as required. Maintain visitor records, appointments, and front-office documentation. Schedule meetings and appointments. Handle correspondence and basic administrative tasks. Provide accurate information to visitors and callers. Ensure smooth day-to-day reception and front-office operations. Requirements Eligibility & Skills Female candidates with 1-2 years of relevant Front Desk/Receptionist experience. Fluent English communication is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Pleasant personality with professional grooming and etiquette. Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
