LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE Job Location: Santacruz East, Mumbai, Maharashtra Industry: Stainless Steel Fasteners Manufacturing Designation: Lead Generation Executive Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–2 Years Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and last drawn salary About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads for the Sales and Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in making outbound calls, the ability to conduct online research and a strong interest in sales and business development. The role will involve identifying prospective customers and business opportunities within the stainless steel fasteners and industrial products segment. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential customers, distributors, dealers, industrial buyers and corporate clients. Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Google, social media, business directories, industry portals, exhibitions and other online platforms. Build and maintain a database of prospective customers and business contacts. Reach out to prospects through phone calls, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. Understand basic customer requirements and qualify leads before forwarding them to the Sales Team. Identify potential business opportunities in relevant industrial and manufacturing sectors. Schedule meetings, discussions and product presentations for the Sales/Business Development team. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and lead status in CRM/Excel. Prepare daily activity and lead-generation reports. Assist the Sales Team in converting qualified leads into business opportunities. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis. Support marketing and business development campaigns aimed at generating new enquiries. Perform other lead-generation and sales-support activities as assigned. Desired Skills Good verbal and written communication skills. Confident and presentable personality with a positive attitude. Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Good internet research and data collection skills. Confidence in making outbound calls and interacting with prospective customers. Ability to identify and qualify potential leads. Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to learn. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Qualification & Experience Graduate in any discipline; BBA, B.Com, BMS, Marketing or equivalent qualifications will be preferred. Freshers are welcome to apply.
