Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime. Conduct emergency response services to address breakdowns and ensure passenger safety. Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and safety checks in detailed service reports. Collaborate with facility managers and other technical staff to uphold high standards of operational efficiency. Requirements Requirements Possess a minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience as an Elevator Technician. Demonstrate a strong understanding of elevator mechanics, electrical systems, and safety regulations. Maintain a valid certification or license relevant to elevator maintenance and repair.
