This role is vital in shaping the foundational years of young learners, fostering emotional, cognitive, and social development through play-based, child-centered teaching practices. The Mother Teacher will serve as a primary caregiver and educator, creating a safe, stimulating, and joyful classroom atmosphere that supports holistic growth. With a strong focus on individualized attention, developmental milestones, and collaborative communication with parents and staff, this position plays a key role in establishing lifelong learning habits. The ideal candidate will embody empathy, creativity, and professionalism, contributing to a vibrant educational community aligned with best practices in early childhood development. Additional Notes: This role is ideal for a compassionate educator passionate about early learning and development. Salary range: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Location: ${Location} Reporting to: ${Supervisor Name} Requirements Responsibilities: Design and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning activities that support cognitive, emotional, physical, and social development. Maintain a safe, hygienic, and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and independence. Monitor and document each child’s developmental progress using observation tools and progress tracking systems. Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families through consistent, compassionate communication. Collaborate with fellow educators and administrative staff to plan curriculum, organize events, and ensure smooth classroom operations. Support children in developing essential life skills such as self-regulation, sharing, and problem-solving. Participate in regular training sessions, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities. Adhere to school policies, child safety protocols, and compliance standards at all times. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with children in a preschool or early learning setting. Strong understanding of child development stages and developmental milestones (0–6 years). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both children and parents. Creativity in lesson planning and ability to adapt activities to diverse learning needs. Patience, empathy, and a nurturing disposition toward young learners. Basic proficiency in using digital tools for documentation, communication, and classroom management. Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, or special events as required. Valid certification in First Aid and Child Safety (preferred).
