Proven experience (2–5 years) in teaching children aged 3–6 in a formal or informal early learning setting. Strong understanding of child development milestones and developmental psychology. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage a classroom effectively while maintaining a warm, supportive demeanor.
