Requirements Key Requirements: • Strong experience in Early Years curriculum planning and implementation • Knowledge of play-based and inquiry-driven learning • Experience in teacher mentoring, training and instructional leadership • Good understanding of child development, assessment and documentation • Strong parent engagement and communication skills • Cambridge Early Years experience is preferred, but not mandatory • Candidates with strong Early Years academic leadership experience may also be considered.
