Job Description: Diploma Programme Coordinator (DPC) Location: Sarjapur, Bengaluru School: IGCSE Board Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 / month 1. Role Overview Lead, manage, and evaluate the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) for Grades 11–12, ensuring strict compliance with IBO standards, core components, and high academic performance. 2. Key Responsibilities IB Compliance: Serve as primary liaison with the IBO; manage IBIS registrations, moderation submissions, and official IB evaluation cycles. Core Components: Oversee Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS), and Extended Essay (EE). Faculty Leadership: Mentor teachers, organize official IB professional development workshops, and conduct classroom observations. Student Guidance: Advise students on subject choices, monitor academic progress, and conduct orientation sessions for parents. 3. Key Requirements Education: Master's degree in Education/Academic discipline + B.Ed / M.Ed. Experience: 3–5 years of experience as an IBDP Coordinator or Assistant DPC in an IB World School.
