Senior Advisor - Engineering Manufacturing Network Powder/Solids

• • Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a relevant engineering field.

  • 15+ years of significant experience in Animal Health, Pharmaceutical, or similar manufacturing environments.

  • Experience in a variety of small molecule technologies and platforms such as liquid formulation, dry granulation/wet granulation, blending, compression, coating, and packaging technology.

  • Familiarity with Elanco Global Standards.

  • Experience in a GMP environment with a working knowledge of EU and/or FDA regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Demonstrated expertise in technology transfer, process validation, and cleaning validation.

  • Direct experience supporting manufacturing sites across Europe and APAC.

  • Exposure to Lean Six Sigma principles or other continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with self-direction and as part of a multidisciplinary and/or multicultural team.

As a Senior Advisor - Engineering, you will be a key technical expert within Elanco's Small Molecule Network (SMN). You will leverage your deep engineering expertise to provide critical consultation to our SMN manufacturing sites located primarily in Europe and APAC, ensuring the robustness and efficiency of our existing equipment and processes and effective planning for future capital assets. In this role, you will be responsible for advancing technical solutions for a diverse portfolio of technologies including liquid formulation, dry/wet granulation, blending, compression, coating, and packaging.
