Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or a related area.
- Experience with export order management and shipping documentation.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain processes, including logistics, transportation, warehousing, and international trade.
- Experience working with SAP and/or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in Export and International Trade.
- Project Management experience.
- APICS/CPIM certification (completed or in progress).
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, and AI tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Your role: Intercompany Service Analyst
As an Intercompany Service Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of products from manufacturing sites to affiliate warehouses, ensuring efficient order execution, regulatory compliance, and excellent internal customer service. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure timely product availability and continuous process improvements.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Coordinate domestic and international intercompany shipments from manufacturing sites to affiliate warehouses.
- →Plan transportation, prepare shipping documentation, and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with export/import requirements.
- →Manage relationships with logistics service providers, monitor performance, and resolve transportation or delivery issues.
- →Support export order management, ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations.
- →Investigate and resolve shipment-related issues, including delays, damaged goods, missing documentation, and returns.
- →Monitor transportation costs, freight invoices, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- →Maintain accurate data in SAP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ensuring high data quality and process compliance.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches, supply continuity, and operational improvements.
- →Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain organization.
